All orders are shipped Monday-Friday betwwn 8am-5PM EST. We use UPS, Fed-Ex, USPSTracking information provided upon request if provided by the carrier. No charge to ship to HMC if the pre-paid USPS shipping kits are used. Shipping lables available on the website and included with every repaired handpiece. Please include repair form also available on HMC website. Shipping rates apply if shipping kits not used at $6.00/package-Ground anywhere in the US. HMC is not responsible for items damaged during shipment to us.

Warranty and Refund Policy
HMC provides warranty on all work we perform. In the unlikely event that you should need to return a repaired or refurbished handpiece, under warranty, please read the following information.
- Warranty claims must be returned to HMC for a complete failure evaluation.
- Warranty claims may be rejected for misuse or abuse. This includes dropping the handpiece, improper maintenance procedures, improper sterilization procedures, and improper air speed from your dental unit.
- Warranties must be claimed within the set warranty period for each particular product.
A. High Speeds - 3 months.
B. Slow Speeds/Motors - 6 months
C. Contra Angles - 3 months
D. Sonic Scalers - 3 months
E. Electric Lab Handpiece - 4 months
F. Electric Handpieces (for oral use) - 3 months
- If possible please provide a copy of your invoice or the invoice number along with a description of the problem or failure.
- Products claimed under warranty must have been serviced only by HMC.
- Products under warranty will be evaluated and corrected at no charge to the customer providing that the failure was not due improper maintenance as prescribed by the manufacturer and compliance to the above mentioned Customer Responsibility has been met.
- All warranty products will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt.
- All products under warranty will be returned to the customer free of charge including shipping costs.
