Mailing Kit

Simple and convenient process to ship your handpiece(s) and obtain repairs using our mailing kit.

  1. Customer mails existing handpiece in our prepared mail kit.
  2. Once we receive the handpiece HMC performs a free evaluation.
  3. We will contact the customer with a summary of the root cause of the problem, solution and cost associated with the repair.
  4. With customer approval HMC will complete the repair and return the handpiece, most often within 24hrs.
