Simple and convenient process to ship your handpiece(s) and obtain repairs using our mailing kit.
- Customer mails existing handpiece in our prepared mail kit.
- Once we receive the handpiece HMC performs a free evaluation.
- We will contact the customer with a summary of the root cause of the problem, solution and cost associated with the repair.
- With customer approval HMC will complete the repair and return the handpiece, most often within 24hrs.
